JSC “Šiltas Namas“ is an enterprise of Lithuanian capital established 26.04.1991. The company does not provide contract work; sell gears, manufactures or materials. It is not related to any other companies, which pursue the same work activities economically, which is why it provides unbiased services, which always satisfy the expectations of its customers. The qualifying law of the company is regulated by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania with an issued certificate Nr. 1512, which authorizes projecting objects of special importance.

           For more than 17 years, we have been gaining experience arranging the documentation related to renovating edifices and supervising the projects and works. The biggest deal of work is done in the public sector, where the documentation, necessary for renovation of special public edifices is being prepared. JSC “Šiltas Namas“ has prepared and brought to life one of the first multiroom modernization projects in Lithuania. The employees of this company participated in preparing the Republic building standards, which are related to edifice warmth control, constructional climatology, also in completing  first editions dedicated to warmth saving in Lithuania and different catalogues with the variety of edifice constructional elements.

            Now, there are 43 specialists working in “Šiltas Namas“. They are 30 certificated managers of the edifice project , technical supervision, building , technical supervision of the edifices and their projects‘ examination department, hand by hand with who 8 young specialists successfully work and gain experience. The team is provided by up-to-date equipment and programs with the help of which our specialists are able to bring to life their innovatory ideas and provide high-class consulting and projecting services all over Lithuania and abroad.

          At the moment the company is completing an energy-technical audit of edifices and separate engineering systems, edifice building (reconstruction, repairs) justifications, investment projects, opportunity researches, managing edifice building projects (including a multiroom innovation project managing), edifice energetic utility certification services, preparing territorial detailed plans, project suggestions, edifice repairs, reconstructions and work projects (including estate culture objects of value), service selling documentation and accomplishing edifice projects and technical supervision of edifice construction.

          Aiming to secure constant quality improvement of our services, “Šiltas Namas“ has worked out quality, environment security, employee safety and health care systems, which match the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005, BS-OHSAS 18001:2007standard requirements. All activities are put into practice followed by FIDIC code of ethics. Realizing that the company`s main value is its staff, we pay a lot of attention to their professional education, work efficiency increase and quality improvement.

          The operational risk of  JSC “Šiltas Namas“ is insured by general building designer compulsory civil and professional liability insurance.

         Our employees‘ fresh engineering view to edifice and building designing as well as frequent investments into their qualification open a wide range of opportunities to work successfully and efficiently. This is shown by annually increasing quantities of  services provided, expanding circle of clients and the character of works done.

The most significant jobs done:

• Reconstructing the Lithuanian Archive Complex and managing the constructional project of building its additional wing, preparing the technical and work projects and arranging the project examination.
• Managing the Ice Arena in Elektrenai expanding project.
• Renovation of the building hosting Lithuanian Ministry of Agriculture and preparing the project of  construction of its additional wing.
• Preparing the constructional project of Nemezio Logistics‘ Center and arranging its examination.
• Working out a technical renovation project for Margarita Rimkavicaite‘s  Technological School‘s studying wing, a technical building project for a new sports complex and preparing a technical project for trimming the inner courtyard and the outdoor yard.
• Preparing a technical reconstruction project for a school stadium in Birstonas.
• Preparing a technical reconstruction  project and a technical construction project for building an additional wing for the gym in Vilkaviskes.
• Working out a technical reconstruction project for a Sports School and its surroundings in Elektrenai.
• Preparing a technical reconstruction project for the Archive in Panevezys.
• Managing of the design of reconstruction of the Lithuanian Central State Archive and  Šiauliai County Archive buildings( including the arrangement of investment projects and energy and technical audits), supervision of project realization, technical supervision and more.

           The company has been a member of the Energy Consultants Association (LEKA) of Lithuania since 2000.

          JSC “Šiltas Namas“ has been added to the Official lists of approved suppliers for the periods from 2008-12-22 until 2009-12-22. and extended with the  EVRK2red.: 71.12 – V qualification class, which proves that this company is reliable and able to accomplish public orders up to 4 000 000 Lt with a license.
